Who is photographerTim Peters?

School for professional photography 1991 – 1992 – 1993 in the Netherlands.
In this time I did an internship at a professional photographer’s photo studio as a shadow photographer. This allowed me to gain experience in the field during events, weddings, and commercial shoots. I also functioned as a studio photographer assistant.

For 3 years I was employed at 2 different photo studios and camera stores working as a professional photographer, camera sales man, and also did dark room work like film development and printing.
1996 Moved to Bonaire to become a dive instructor and learn underwater photography.
1998 Employed at Sand Dollar Dive and Photo as an underwater photo instructor. During this time I taught underwater photography, did underwater photo tours, slide film development and underwater camera rental.
In 2002 I founded Fish Eye Photo N.V. with the aim of setting up professional photography services for both private individuals and businesses which I still do today. Together with my wife Annet we ran a photo studio and camera store which was specialized in underwater photography. We closed our business mid 2021 due to the pandemic, however I am still offering professional photography services.
Next to teaching photography for more than 2 decades and doing studio photography I have photographed over 200 wedding, did more than 80 commercial photo shoots for local companies and realized over 220 real estate assignments. I am not shy to say I have become a multi-skilled photographer over the years.

I am a member of Dupho. DuPho stands for Dutch Photographers and is the professional organisation for professional photographers in the Netherlands. Membership is only granted to professional photographers and after a review by a ballot committee to ensure quality and professionalism among its members.
